Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that the Shareholders Meeting of the Company held on September 14, 2009, as per directions of the Hon’ble High Court of Calcutta, have unanimously approved the Scheme of Arrangement between Equity Shareholders of Shristi Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd and Shrivasa Infra Pvt. Ltd.
