Geometric Ltd has informed BSE that the Compensation Committee of the Company at its meeting held on October 26, 2009 has granted 6,00,000 options to the employees of the Company and its subsidiaries. Each Vested Option shall be convertible into one equity share of the Company of the face value of Rs. 2/- each at the exercise Price.
