Educomp Solutions Ltd has informed BSE that Remuneration Committee of the Company on October 01, 2009 by passing resolution by circulation has allotted 602 Equity Shares of the Company to the respective employees who have exercised their option under ESOP Scheme 2006 & ESOP Scheme 2007.
Post allotment Paid up capital of the Company has increased from Rs 18,94,21,820/- consisting of 1,89,42,182 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each to Rs 18,94,27,840/- consisting of 1,89,42,784 equity shares of the face value of Rs 10/- each.
